Refund Policy

We have a [15-day] return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After the payment is successful and the order is confirmed, we will immediately ship the goods. This means that before the actual selection, packaging and preparation for shipment, we can only "capture" your order within a very short period of time. Please send an email to fengqiit@outlook.com. Please send an email with the subject "Cancel" as soon as possible, and indicate your full name and order number. We will inform you of what we can do for you!

To start a return, If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After the email is sent, the customer service will provide the return address. If the package is not delivered to the address specified by the customer service, a refund will not be given.

We are not responsible for items of that don't fit, or that you don't like, or that you have changed your mind about. However, you can return them at your own expense.

Once we have received your returned item, you are guaranteed a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
